Any excuses?

Can’t climb for a while? Injured? No climbing wall nearby, no crags? Sure it’s rough not to be able to do the real thing for a while. However, it happens to almost all of us every so often. You can moan about that, but one thing you cannot moan about is getting weak. Have a look at this video. Do you really have any excuse? Thanks to Beastmakers for pointing at this.

Thank you for an extra good writing. What are the local people can get in such a perfect way to write the details? I have a presentation next week, and I look around this information and facts.

Great video for motivation if you have a foot or leg injury. But what do you do if you're trying to shake off a shoulder injury like I'm trying for more than a year now? :(

Loved how much work this guy put into keeping fit whilst having his broken toe. I broke my thumb 4 weeks ago just at the join via five a side foot ball and ive not been climbing since. Just got A metal wire out it on tuesday expecting it to be okay only to find it isn't bending yet. I've missed climbing so much its unreal. I've given up the football now to concentrate on climbing and can't wait to hit the climbing gym asap even if i can't use my left thumb.
