Having played soccer, basketball...Interesting read. Having played soccer, basketball for many years before taking up climbing, it's great to see it confirmed that it's not the same 'type' of pump. Taking a low-tech answer, it just doesn't feel the same.<BR/>It's fascinating that I have to do less endurance work as the years go by as I get stronger.
